Farm and Sea to Table Restaurant
Savor fresh, local flavors in an al fresco setting with freshly picked ingredients courtesy of our organic garden and freshly caught seafood caught daily,directly from the deep blue surrounding Long Island. Setting the bar for local dining, our menu is based on simple preparations of fresh ingredients with a stunning atmosphere to match. Attention to detail is brought to every aspect of the dining experience for a thoughtful approach to wholesome, balanced cuisine. Much of our vegetarian options, raw choices, fish, and meats are prepared from our garden or are sourced locally. Fresh handcrafted cocktails, pressed juices, and nourishing smoothies are also available throughout the day in the restaurant or poolside.
The Pool Bar
The Pool Bar will be a pool side gathering place for relaxation and celebration. Along with traditional cocktails, wine and beer, the Pool Bar will serve up a full-range of fruit and vegetable infused craft cocktails, such as the Farmarita, a spin on the traditional Margarita, a Bloody Mary made with heirloom tomato juice or The Coves all organic Pina Colada, made from coconuts and pineapples grown in the farm and local Bahamian rum.
The Pizzeria
Good food starts with good ingredients and at The Pizzeria, a thoughtfully built wood-fire oven will serve up pizza perfection. House-made mozzarella and several amazing hand-picked toppings from our colorful organic garden, or locally sourced supporting the community, will create a pizza experience like no other. Crispy, hot and delicious, residents will enjoy a wide section of their favorites such as the simple Neapolitan-style, the Fennel Sausage & Mozzarella, Farm Bacon and Pepperoni, or a classic Margarita. Take-out or dine in a relaxed ambiance surrounded by natural beauty. This is where family and friends come together to comfortably enjoy Farm To Table Pizza unlike any other.
Ice Cream and Coffee Bar
All of our house-made sorbets and ice-creams will be made with locally sourced organic milk and eggs. There will be an amazing variety of choices ranging from traditional vanilla and chocolate to, chocolate mint, mango, carrot and banana sorbet, as well as other unique Bahamian-style flavors like café con leche, coconut lime and choco banana.
